Swedish Massage (pm)
Every treatment will combine customized light to medium pressure using a sequence of connecting strokes such as effleurage, petrissage, kneading, and rolling. Aromatic organic oils are used to relax and rejuvenate. This is a stress reducing treatment and research has shown that regular massages every 4-6 weeks is a great way to maintain a healthy immune system and healthy muscular system.
Deep Tissue Massage (pm)
Deep Tissue Massage targets the deep tissue structure of the fascia and muscles, referred to as connective tissue. Of the many types of massage, deep tissue focuses on the release of muscle tension and chronic knots (aka adhesions).The inflammation and toxins contribute to pain and stress. Deep Tissue Massage breaks up and releases the built-up toxins by loosening the muscles and can break up scar tissue over time. With the toxins released, blood and oxygen can circulate as they should through one’s body. Being properly hydrated before you go to your massage appointment and drinking plenty of water after one of these massages is highly recommended.
Sports Massage (pm)
For athletes who train continuously, the goal is to enhance endurance, lessen the chance of injury and shorten the time needed to recover from an event. Sports Massage may utilize a variety of techniques such as classical Swedish Massage, trigger point therapy, and hydrotherapy. Prior to an athletic event, Sports Massage may be used with stretching in order to help athletes to loosen, warm and prepare their muscles so that their performance and endurance might be enhanced. Following an athletic event, Sports Massage may be used to relieve pain, prevent stiffness, and return the muscles back to their normal state. Sports Massage may also be used for injury rehabilitation.
Pre-Natal Massage (pm)
A Swedish Massage, which aims to relax muscle tension and improve lymphatic and blood circulation through mild pressure applied to the muscle groups of the body. Swedish Massage is the recommended prenatal massage method during pregnancy because it addresses many common discomforts associated with the skeletal and circulatory changes brought on by hormone shifts during pregnancy.
Lymphatic Drainage Technique (pm)
Lymphatic Drainage Technique is a form of lymphedema therapy that focuses on removing blockages in the lymph system and promoting a healthy flow of lymphatic fluid. The lymphatic system has many functions, but one of the most important is acting as a recycling system by cleansing the body of bacteria, toxins, large proteins and excess water while defending the body from the spread of tumors and infections. Occasionally, the lymph nodes become blocked, causing fluid to collect and stagnate. Manual Lymphatic Drainage uses gentle physical manipulations that mimic the peristalsis and skeletal pump action of the lymphatic system which normally move lymphatic fluid.
A treatment that will open up that will relieve sinus pressure with simple acupressure points to the face, back, hands, and feet. Aromatherapy steam is used to open and drain the sinuses. Lymphatic flow is encouraged and pressure relief. Specific Reflexology, Lymphatic technique, massage and tapotement used in this treatment specifically created by the owner for sinus pressure relief.
Reflexology is the physical act of applying pressure to the feet and hand with specific thumb, finger and hand techniques. Stimulation to to different parts of the body are applied through a map of the hands and feet. Such work may effect a physical change to the body.
Reiki (pronounced Ray Key) is an energetic healing technique that activates the natural healing processes of an individual's body and restores physical and emotional well-being. Reiki connects you with the healing potential and healing energy already flowing through you. It can heal emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual distress.

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) also known as Tapping is a healing technique that helps the body release negative emotions. EFT is similar to acupuncture because it works with the energy circuit running through your body. EFT can help with: weight gain, emotional trauma, stress, anxiety, addictions, cravings, and so much more!
Guided Imagery Meditation
Guided Imagery Meditation is a state of consciousness that can be experienced only through a direct and intuitive level. Being in meditation allows you to exist within your own space and beyond your own space. It is simply the art of focus. The breath is essential for beginners in learning meditation. The process is guided and offers support to the student to explore visualization, concentration, letting go, observation, acceptance, and surrender. This 45 minute class is designed to encourage the creative process with sound healing music. Group (up to 10 people)

In these powerful one on one session we try to discover the root cause of your health issues. As a society, we mask most symptoms with a quick band-aid but never discover the root cause of our health issues. If you are truly ready to take your health into your own hands and make some serious changes to how you treat your body than these sessions will work wonderfully for you. If you are looking for a quick fix this is not the plan for you. The root cause of illness is often buried under stuck emotions and beliefs so those need to be cleared out for true healing to happen. We will look at blocked emotions, lifestyle choices that may be impacting your health, your current health symptoms/complaints and what they can be telling us, potential food allergies, gut health as well as specific issues you want to address. Now is the time to create a prosperous relationship with your body and allow your natural self-healing powers to be activated. Sometimes students want to have a better understanding with one-on-one attention, learn the basics of yoga (3+ sessions recommended). A student will have the expertise of the instructor to observe posture, gait and holding patterns while providing some insightful direction with movement and how to modify or offer variations specifically for the student. Sometimes recent or past injuries have influenced daily movement and your instructor would offer support and education on how to improve health issues such as back pain to anxiety. Developing confidence to practice in group settings.
Private Group Yoga
Up to 8 Students and each additional student add $10. Consider a private yoga class for company team building, birthday parties, bridal shower, friends TIME-OUT or the like. This class can be customized to any of the classes we offer on the schedule. This is a popular way to practice a fitness regiment of MIND, BODY and SPIRIT while bringing your friends, family or co-workers together in the process. Sharing the gift of yoga with one another brings an element of connection on another level as you learn yoga on the mat and how to take these principles hOMe to everyday life.
Up to 8 Students and each additional student add $10. Please refer to Private Group Yoga description above. This service offers a little extra time so you can enjoy time together after a 60 minute custom yoga class with the remaining hour of private time in the LOTUS Lounge or Open Studio. It might be an opportunity to have a meeting or just mingle. The kitchen area will be provided when you arrive so you can store food and drinks for your party. You must bring all supplies, such as paper products, utensils, cups and your food and drinks. Clean up after your party.
