My BodYoga's Registered Yoga Teacher Training is an experience of a lifetime. We are a Yoga Alliance Certified School of Yoga.


We work to build a vision for your future while deepening your personal practice and developing a creative style of teaching by blending the science, philosophy, technique, and ART of YOGA. The program takes a holistic approach as it combines Hatha, Vinyasa, and Restorative styles while embracing Ayurvedic Principles, chakra balancing, and pure essential oils. 


Your instructors have years of expertise in the science, philosophy, technique, and art of yoga. RYT trainees will have the opportunity to expedite the experience of their training through this Summer Intensive at My BodYoga.  Please fill out the application and we will gladly get back to you with more information.


Meet Epstein our studio skeleton. Gwydion our studio service dog graduated with his Yogi Mama this summer in 2017. He always seemed to love hanging around Epstein's bones.
