My BodYoga's Registered Yoga Teacher Training is an experience of a lifetime. We are a Yoga Alliance Certified School of Yoga.
We work to build a vision for your future while deepening your personal practice and developing a creative style of teaching by blending the science, philosophy, technique, and ART of YOGA. The program takes a holistic approach as it combines Hatha, Vinyasa, and Restorative styles while embracing Ayurvedic Principles, chakra balancing, and pure essential oils.
Your instructors have years of expertise in the science, philosophy, technique, and art of yoga. RYT trainees will have the opportunity to expedite the experience of their training through this Summer Intensive at My BodYoga.
